Mud Bay Engagement Session, Surrey BC - Elise + Valentin

I’ve known Elise + Valentin since high school, so when they reached out after they got engaged I was super excited! It was such an honour to hear from them and to capture this special time in their lives, and I think our history made it easy for us all to feel relaxed and comfortable with each other.

Mud Bay Park, with its tall grass and wildflowers, made the perfect backdrop for this dreamy session. I loved their Chef’s Kiss vibe…Elise was a vision in her textured boho dress, while Valentin chose a complementary outfit that showcased his own understated style.  

Although we didn’t get a sunset that day, the diffused light and cloudy sky accented the visual interest of our surroundings and allowed Elise + Valentin to glow. And speaking of glow, check out Elise’s unique stunner of a ring…a luminous pearl encircled with diamonds. Gorgeous!
